Customer Service


Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-4 business days as peak sale events and holidays. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. We ship only to the Billing Address on file with your credit card or bank and cannot ship to PO boxes. All orders that have shipping addresses that do not match will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on time delivery, please ship to your Billing Address. 


Tracking numbers are sent to the email on file under Rêves Paris. Please check your email box and spam folder. 

Regular domestic orders shipped within the US usually take about 4 - 6 business days for arrival.

Shipping fees DO NOT include any duties/taxes/customs fees that may be applied when reaching your country. We do not cover these fees, and do not issue refunds on any fess that may have incurred.

All orders are securely processed by Shopify Payments and undergo fraud protection by Signifyd. If you order is flagged by our systems, you maybe contacted to provide further payment credentials by our staff.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned back to us. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 


*Merchandise must be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt.

*Merchandise must be Unworn, UnusedUnwashed in Original Garment Bag with tags attached. Tags must be the originally attached items. We will not accepts item that do not meet these guidelines. 


*Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages.

* If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the store credit/exchange.

Once a package leaves Rêves Paris warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.
